Dolly is a great realtor, but even more than that, she is a fantastic person. She is full of life and inspiration. She genuinely cares for the people she works with. This is exactly what you want in someone whom you spend so much time with. Especially in the stressful and emotional process of buying a home. We had so many great conversations on our many trips to check out houses. She listens to your needs and your desires and gently offers a well-informed opinion when it's requested. Dolly doesn't sell houses; she sells homes. I had an extremely tight budget for my first house. Most realtors wouldn't have even entertained the idea of working with someone with such a small budget. As we looked at rundown foreclosures for months, she patiently guided me through the process. Eventually, the house popped up and she knew it. She brought me in immediately to see it. She knew this was the one for me, even before I knew it. She quickly did all the legwork, and we put in a very strong offer soon after. It was just what I needed at a price I could afford.
